On-Site Chair Massage Services

Thank you for your interest in our on-site chair massage services.

We’re excited to bring relaxation and wellness directly to your event or workplace.

Service Overview

Chair massage sessions are performed in a specially designed ergonomic chair and focus on the neck, shoulders, back, arms, and hands. Sessions are done fully clothed and designed to relieve tension, reduce stress, and promote overall well-being.

We provide all necessary equipment, including:

  • Professional massage chair

  • Sanitization supplies

  • Linens (if needed)

  • Optional sign-up sheet for organized scheduling

Pricing Options*

Individual Pay Model (Events/Pop-Ups):

10 minute-$15

15 minute-$25

20 minute-$35

30 minute-$50

*Our massage therapists receive 100% of earnings for individual paid on-site events.

Host-Paid Model (Corporate/Private Events):

  • $125 per hour

  • 2-hour minimum required

Travel & Setup Fee:

  • $25 flat fee (applies to all on-site services and is required to reserve the event).

Scheduling & Flow

  • Sessions are typically offered in 10–15 minute increments, but can be flexible to accommodate.

  • A brief reset time is built in between clients for proper disinfection.

  • Events lasting over 2 hrs will include a 10-minute break time for the therapists

  • We can provide a structured sign-up sheet or coordinate pre-booked time slots if preferred

Booking Requirements

  • Minimum booking: 2 hours

  • A designated space is required (quiet, low-traffic area preferred)

  • Access to the parking/loading area is appreciated

  • Please let us know if steps are involved with no elevator access.

Payment Terms

  • Individual pay events: Guests pay at the time of service (cash, card, or digital payment methods accepted)

  • Host-paid events: Payment due upon completion unless otherwise agreed upon

  • $25 setup/travel fee collected at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

  • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee

Health & Safety

  • Massage therapists reserve the right to refuse service if a client presents with contraindications or inappropriate behavior

  • Proper sanitation and hygiene protocols are followed between each client

Liability

The Rustic Remedy and its therapists are not liable for any injuries, allergic reactions, or conditions that may arise during or after the session if not disclosed before service.
